Designing

During the design phase our professional designers and architects accurately assess the customer's needs for the look and structure of the booth, they study the range of products to be exhibited, so as to meet the customer’s needs, follows the current trends, and work safely and efficiently.

Our expert designers take an active part in the process right from the first step until the handover of the turnkey booth.

During the design phase we always take each country’s regulations into account, as well as the specific rules of the exhibition areas. That’s why our stands always meets the highest quality standards and the latest design standards.

Our aim is to make our stands as secure and environmentally-friendly as possible with continuous development.

Our booth design services

  • 3D rendering
  • making of authorization documentation
  • making of technical plans and manufacturing drawings
  • if necessary, making of static plans and calculations
  • arranging of authorization procedure at the organizer, if needed

Stand construction

We undertake the construction of custom made and system stands, as well as the management of exhibition participation. Stands built by our company provide a safe working environment and professional operation during the event.

Custom-made stand

Special stands made of custom-made materials, usually used only once. In certain cases we may be able to undertake the rebuilding and storage of such stands. These stands come equipped with standard or custom-made furniture and additional services.

System stand

This booth is made of prefabricated (usually Octanorm or Syma) system materials. The base height is 2,5m and it can be expanded according to the standard system sizes. It includes back walls, storage, fascia (facade??), information counters, showcases and shelves for product display, standard furniture and basic lights.

Exhibition management

We assist our customers in every step, from the preparation of the first plans until the handover of the turnkey booth.

We undertake the entire implementation of the necessary correspondence with the show organizer and with the local service providers (order the logistical services and customs clearance if necessary, electrical, water, internet services etc.). If required, we contact the show organizer in connection with the authorization of the stand design and structure, as well as the authorization of electrical plans and obtaining the further permits

If required, we can assist in the operation of the stand including catering services, preparing of promotional materials, providing of hostesses and interpreters, etc.

In the case of multiple setting up of the stand, we can provide storage for the period between the two events.
